GoElastic services are available through a tiered subscription model, with each tier tailored to cater to a specific level of engagement. Each tier defines the specific features and services that you can take advantage of. Within each tier, you can select a support subscription that indicates the number of hours of committed service you will receive that you can use for the various services available in the selected tier. We offer 4 general tiers of services as described here.

GoElastic “AnalyzeIT”

This plan is perfect for you if you are considering using the AWS cloud for an existing application or an new application idea, but need assistance in evaluating the feasibility of whether the cloud is a viable option. Even if you already have a cloud deployment and want us to audit the deployment, just get in touch and we can help you with that.

GoElastic “JumpStart”

This plan is for you if you want to get started on the cloud and need a helping hand getting on board. As part of this plan, we prepare a JumpStart report, which is the blueprint for your initial cloud architecture, along with any backup automation and automated notifications that are needed initially. This plan will require you to have an internal person/team that will take primary responsibility for your cloud infrastructure. We assist your team in setting up your initial infrastructure, and are available to assist in resolving any incidents involving your AWS infrastructure on a limited basis.

  • Incident Management Support
  • Limited Support
    • Support limited to assisting internal team to resolve issues.
    • Support via email or web tickets only
    • Available during business hours (India 9AM-6PM Monday through Friday)
    • Response time - within 4 business hours or next available business day which ever is applicable.

GoElastic “Managed”

This plan is perfect for you if you want us to be your AWS cloud systems administration team. Take advantage of the knowledge and experience of our dedicated team and focus your resources on your application. This plan builds on the JumpStart plan and offers standard systems administration features such as active monitoring, 24x7 support, an uptime SLA, and process workflow automation to streamline your deployment process.

This is our premier plan incorporating all our standard service offerings to give you a complete lifecycle of services to leverage for your cloud. It’s ideal for people who just want a complete service offering and want dedicated experts involved on a regular basis in the complete product lifecycle. This plan lets you offload all your infrastructure issues to us, and focus your efforts and resources on your core application.
